Our monthly membership gives you unlimited access to 9 workout classes per week, designed to fit around your schedule. Choose from our three daily sessions at 9:15 AM, 10:15 AM, and 7:00 PM, running every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Whether you prefer a morning energy boost or an evening workout, our flexible timetable lets you train at a time that suits you. Prefer flexibility? Our Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) option lets you dip in and out of any class or Bootcamp session whenever it suits you—no membership, no commitment, just £5 per session. With a variety of workouts to choose from, you can mix and match between our standard classes (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and Bootcamp sessions (Mondays and Saturdays).
